  Cobalt's Accreditation Management (ACCMS) provides extremely robust content management, marketing features, sales and prospecting, and customer service tools. ACCMS tracks individuals, as well as, organizational information and the relationship between these entities.

  ·         Set unlimited number of address types, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses

  ·         Set unlimited parent/child relationships

  ·         All relationships and interactions are available neatly organized on tabs and links associated records.

  ·         Everything about accreditation including applications, reviews, site visits, documents and reports, as well as, general information such as orders, balances, payments, and preferences are available to help staff provide fast, efficient service.

• Site Visit/ Report of Findings

  
  ·         ACCMS has provisions for managing site visits, reporting travel expenses, entering site visit reports and resolving scheduling and other conflicts between onsite review team members.

  ·         Prams can access these reports, add responses, complete self-study reports and upload materials.

• Site Volunteer Management

  
  ·         All volunteer information is stored in the ACCMS system including contact information, past participation, affiliations, resumes/CV, work experience, areas of specialization and education.

• Complaints and Appeals

  
  Complaints and appeals can be handled either by configuring the Cases functionality already part of the base system or if that is determined after documentation not to be sufficient then custom entities can be created. Cases allows all communications and documents concerning a particular issue to be tracked from one central location, helping to ensure that critical information and decisions that may need to be defended are retained and easily located. Tasks can be created and assigned in association with the case to promote prompt follow up to often time sensitive matters.

  ·         Use Microsoft Outlook and Exchange for sending and receiving emails

  ·         Tag emails for tracking allowing responses to automatically be attached to the ACCMS record.
