The mission of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS) is to help individuals and families in need help themselves lead safer, healthier, more independent and productive lives. To further its mission achieve this vision, OKDHS wanted to provide users of its intranet with a powerful search toolset that would allow them to quickly find information of interest as well as provide OKDHS staff behavior tracking and reporting capabilities in order to ensure the intranet was providing the content staff users need.
