Cobalt will be attending the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA) annual conference as an exhibitor again this year to promote its certification management software, the Cobalt Certification Management Suite. Held in Orlando this year, the conference is entitled Emerging Concepts in Credentialing. It will focus on preparing credentialing organizations for the future by discussing issues and ideas on the forefront of the certification market today and presenting cutting-edge solutions from industry leaders. Topics include: security, risk management, international testing, new methods in test development and test delivery considerations.
As the leading innovator of certification software and the developer of the most advanced certification management system on the market, Cobalt will be giving demonstrations of the Cobalt Certification Management Suite at booth 202 during the conference. This is the latest version of the product which was first premiered at last year’s NOCA conference.
The Cobalt Certification management Suite is built on the customer relationship management (CRM) concept. The CRM concept is the idea that in order to grow a certification program and ensure its certificants meet the continually changing demands of their profession, the organization must be able to build and track strong, well-defined relationships with its certificants and then extract tangible/usable information from the data it collects. CRM software provides a formal structure for organizations to implement the CRM concept. The Cobalt Certification Management Suite is built specifically for the specialized needs of certification boards using an industry standard CRM platform.
The Cobalt Certification Management Suite is a flexible platform that provides secure, central data storage and adapts as requirements change and programs evolve. It provides the tools to automate tasks and streamline workflow to alleviate much of the paperwork and manual processes involved in processing applications and renewals. In addition, it includes a web portal which provides program participants, school program directors and others access to many services online including profile information updates, exam applications, renewals, payments, status reports, etc. without the need for staff involvement. These features greatly improve staff efficiency and enhance the experience for the program participants.
